The Leadership Coaching programme focuses on developing who
you are and what you can do as a Leader. The being criteria
of Leadership get developed in combination with the doing
criteria.
Being Criteria:
Authenticity: being and acting from one’s
true self without masks and personas
Integrity: being as good as one’s
word, impeccably honest and fair-minded
Congruent: applying the principles to
self so that one walks the talk
Doing Criteria:
Contributing: giving of oneself to others,
serving
Collaborating: operating as a team player,
cooperating with others
Pioneering: leading out into new areas
Communicating: sharing and disclosing
in ways that are clear, precise, succinct, engaging, and compelling
These skills are benchmarked at the start and end of the programme
to track progress and focus the coaching. The benchmarks of
these skills can be used to create a 360 feedback from colleagues,
clients, direct reports and managers to reveal blind spots
and develop a rounded set of Leadership Skills.
